A Gallon to Go Please

We all know that the price of everything has gone up. What once was a $10 bag full o' groceries is now a $25 1/2-bag-full of the same crap. Where ya once fed a family of 4 at McDonald's for a mere $12 (with change left over from yer twenty) it now costs ya more than double. And ya can forget about takin' those long Sunday drives with the kids. We've got high gas prices to thank for that as well. There's just no escapin 'it no matter where ya go. Upstate or downstate, its all the same damn thing. Yer gettin' less product for more money just about every place ya turn.

But did ya know that one type o' milk in particular costs exceptionally high these days? Hell, even *I* had NO DAMN CLUE how bad things were out there until I read THIS in our local newspaper:

Facilities Beneficial to Struggling Moms

And now that I'm left completely speechless here......

I saw on Tyra the other day. I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I was watching it except that it was a whole show about money saving ideas. There was a lady on there who produced gallons of breast milk a day and sold it to make money for the family. Several thousand dollars a month.

That article was really interesting. Did ya read the comments? There were five of them, all negative! The readers of that paper must be just plain stupid. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that human breast milk is what's best for babies!

To The Peach Tart- Either you misunderstood or that woman on the Tyra show was lying. No human can produce gallons of milk per day. I don't care if her boobs are as big as Dolly Parton's, it just isn't physiologically possible. Look it up if you don't believe me. That she may be earning a few thousand per month for what she can produce is entirely believable.

Breast milk is very costly, but is undeniably the best option for optimal health for the baby. Affording it (if the mother can't produce it) is another story.
